At CNF Export, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate our international clients:

Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash in Advance (CIA) - Full payment before shipment
- Letter of Credit (LC) - Secured payment through banking channels
For new business relationships, we typically require a 50% advance payment with the remaining balance due before shipment. For established clients, we offer more flexible terms based on the business relationship.
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the quotation. Bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our standard lead times are designed to ensure we can deliver quality products while meeting your business needs:

Standard Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: 7-10 days
- Total Lead Time: 30 days from order confirmation to shipment
- Express Options: Available upon request (additional charges apply)
Lead times may vary based on product availability, order volume, and seasonal factors. During peak harvest seasons, lead times may be shorter, while off-season orders may require additional time.
We will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of order confirmation and keep you updated on the status of your shipment throughout the process.

- International Orders: Minimum 2 tons per product
- Mixed Orders: Possible with a minimum of 3 tons total order size
- Sample Orders: Available for potential clients (charges apply)
